I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review
Darton is remembering more and more of his life as Arthur, which puts him in more danger. Emma is so trying to figure out how to undo her original spell, while doing her best to protect Darton. She is also attempting to find Arthur's sword, and is pretty sure she isn't going to like where it ended up. Another battle with the dark far is looming and she hopes she and Darton are strong enough to win it, perhaps with a little help from their friends?
I was a Beta reader for this book, but it was awesome without my help and my review is voluntary.
Meanwhile, a very powerful old enemy has resurfaced and is working to free the ultimate villain who originally killed King Arthur in his first life. In order to defeat her, they must travel to England and search for the only weapon powerful enough - Excalibur. Along the way they meet other potential allies and make temporary alliances in order to win this battle. It won't be easy, and they are constantly fighting against the many minions who have been sent to wreak havoc on their lives. It's all leading up to something, and I can't wait to read the conclusion of this series to find out what.
I volunteered to review an ARC of this novel.
