The effectiveness of the ingredients in this product help keep me feeling well throughout the cold season and even during the warm months. I take 1 daily during. The warm months and 2 daily during cold months. I increase the dosage if I start to feel any symptoms and this will help kick it out of my system or lessen the severity of any sickness I have. These capsules have an odd smell and a weird taste but they are not meant to taste like cherries and all of the ingredients are what give it the odd smell. Great quality product that I highly recommend to everyone!
