when I first tried to put the prop on, it wouldn't go on the spline, even though I had the teeth lined up, so I took it off and compared it to the oem one and they looked identical. what I noticed is this one fits very snugly, oem has a little bit of wiggle. so to get this one on, just give it a good wack with your palm and it'll slide right on (I wouldn't use anything heavier than your hand, you can damage your gears). I tried taking it off and on again and it was still a little snug, but I would rather have it be more snug than have play on the shaft
after all that, the prop did perform flawlessly. this replaced a sailpro high torque prop and I did notice a speed improvement with this one. the pitch is the same as a stock factory tohatsu prop so if you're replacing it because yours broke, this would fit perfectly. I got it to change pitch
