This book is amazing. It is full of useful information to put your spark back into your mitochondria and live a full healthy life.
Most resources out there are “all-encompassing biohacks”, and do not take into account that men and women are very different. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big advocate for eliminating gender roles in society, but biologically men are women are very different. Our hormones make us more complex and therefore need different care and attention, which Dr Maloof knows all about and has shared it in this book.
I’ll definitely be recommending it to all of the other women in my life!

This book presents not just information but actionable steps on how to improve and maintain your health with diet, exercise and supplements. It’s not your usual boring book though! The author really knows what she’s talking about and has dramatically improved her own health.
Biohacking may sound like a big word, but it’s essentially about all the small actions that you may be already doing. It goes beyond the basic healthcare system, this is a way to really understand your body and bring out its full potential.
