This is a book I will be keeping close to me for awhile. I plan on going back to read it 10x over again because the material is so powerful. I can't imagine the impact it will have once I spend the time practicing the mental habits explained in the book. I also kept a journal and took notes with it because I found some parts just very compelling.
Best self-help book I've read so far. I think everyone should have a copy by their side!
Jay has a talent for delivering this information with just the right amount of simplicity, clarity and insight that will empower you. He also addresses why, even with intellectual awareness of these success principles, so few actually acquire the abundance they desire; and then he provides a solution for overcoming those limiting and disempowering mindsets.
The principles in this book are so powerful that, when applied, they draw success to you in a way that seems almost magical. While it may seem like magic, these are actually universal laws, scientific in nature, that are in play at all times, but without our awareness, we miss the opportunity they hold for us. Jay shows us how to get into alignment with them and bring about the real abundance that is our birthright. If you are looking for the tools you need to bring about extraordinary success, make a difference and leave a legacy, this is a book you do not want to miss!
One thing I love like about Spark is the interesting way that Jay used to introduce each mindset. It starts out describing the mindset through real-life examples. Next, it summarizes the mental strategy, Then, the problems addressed by the mindset. After that, how the mindset can help me. And finally, methods to help me apply the mindset.
If you enjoy quotes, you'll also appreciate the quotes sprinkled throughout the book from famous speakers such as Tony Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Oprah Winfrey, Simon Sinek, Brian Bilyeu, etc. The first time I read the book, there was so much great information I couldn't remember it all. I'll definitely be rereading this book again!
I trust that as I read and master the eight mental habits provided in this book, they will awaken the spark in me and transform me to live a more fulfilled and happier life!

The advice and techniques offered here in this book are straight forward and simple to apply. By clearly explaining these mental habits and encouraging readers to comprehend and begin putting these habits into practice really adds value to any application a reader may then take away and enact upon. Also there is no unnecessary waffle of information that requires a degree in psycho analysis to understand it. Whether you're new to mindset or been doing it a while, this book explains it beautifully and opens your eyes to just how simple a 'better' and most certainly a happier life is when you focus more on the internals. The Author explains the "HOW" in this book (my Fav parts in this book – the internals).
It's also most certainly on my top 10 list of most influential books on explaining mental habits. The premise fought for here is that the wrong thinking habits stops you personally from arriving at your dreams and goals. The Author Jay Menez really takes you on a journey with adventures in discovering and understanding your internals, it's not just about arriving at your end goal, but to really enjoy every moment in pursuing your destination.
I found "Spark" explaining "The 8 mental habits to a successful life" in all aspects of my life truly invaluable.
