Until that fateful day when she saw a group of boys ganging up on her twin because they thought she was her. So to spare Trinity from further scrutiny, Serene decided to copy her sister. She became a rebel and a playgirl. That way, Trinity wouldn't be the only to face the wrath of their haters and bashers. All is well with the twin heart breakers until, Trinity decided it was time for her to have a boyfriend, and while Serene didn't like boys and didn't like the idea of falling in love, she consented to her twin. She relented and gave in to her twin's "dating rule".
Soon, Serene found herself attracted to a "blond hedgehog" with gangster personality. Zane Dario. Will the high and mighty Serene Ramos finally succumbed to that feeling called love?
I always love a good romance novel, but this one, "Sparks of Attraction" surely offers more than what meets the eye. Serene Ramos is a feisty twin, characteristically appealing and definitely hard to miss. Zane, on the other hand, might be your typical bad boy, but prepare to be amazed by his wit, debauchery, heartfwarming personality. For such a short book, I'd say, this packed a ton!
After I finished reading the story, my first reaction was "aww, that was so sweet and fun!" It reminded me of those anime/manga I used to read, but this one got more fire and spark. The pairing was quite realistic, their characters developed, including their emotions and passion, enough to make you squirm and go googly-eyed in the end.
I was really pleased and delighted with the book; I though it had all the right amount of ingredients I look for in a love story - drama, humor, action, family and social themes. I'd gladly recommend this to all who's feeling down, sad, happy or simply wanting to have a nice afternoon.
