If sound is reversed, try plugging in regular earbuds into each side of the Oculus, one at a time and then try again.
This should reset the Oculus to proper Left/Right channel seperation.

Sound is decent (it's as good as the official Oculus earbuds, at half the price) and they come with several alternate earbud caps, in case you're one of those people with weirdly shaped earholes.
They separate left and right channels (so the left earbud only plays left channel sound, right earbud only plays right earbud sound) so you maintain the spatial audio of the Oculus Quest.
Word of warning: Do NOT use earbuds while searching through the Naughty America VR or SLR websites, as they completely cancel out real world sounds, and the chances of your girlfriend coming home early, walking in on you while you pleasure yourself to midget porn cannot be overestimated.
Trust me, it happens.
I was actually surprised how much I did like them. I have regular earbuds that I previously used and I would say the sound quality is similar, nothing great, but not bad. Pretty much what I expected for $25.
What really impressed me was how much more convenient they are to use than regular ear buds. This is primarily because of the design of the Quest that has two audio jacks, one on each side. This makes it much easier to put on the ear buds (easier to find them) and I don't have the excess wire bouncing around while I move. They never accidentally get snagged by my hands/controllers and get yanked out of my ears. I pretty much forget about them while wearing them. They are comfortable in my ears and I just get better sound. When I remove my headset the earbuds just come out of my ears and I don't have a wire wrapped around my neck. I don't have the need to remove them from my ears before removing the headset.
These are not a must have accessory, but if you want to use earbuds with the Quest these do what you would expect for the price. Overall I a happy with my purchase.
I will update this in about a week to add more info about the spatial audio and continued usage.
Update: After daily usage I wanted to update this review to reflect the value of these earbuds... The sound, comfort, and ease of use makes these an easy recommendation to all Quest users. The spatial audio is very nice and the bass that these earbuds are capable of is a massive improvement from the in strap default Oculus speakers.
PCVR headset in the Oculus line called the Rift S. And these little earbuds rival that!! And the both fit comfortably and snugly in your ears. Before this I thought only curved earbuds could fit so snugly without falling out your ears. The improved sound quality these earbuds provide makes so much of a difference in immersion for games like Beat Saber that rely on music to match the action being played. And it's helped me to hear more bass in games where I previously didn't know had them. For example I challenge you to use these in the game Apex Construct, when the title screen comes up I feel there bass ripple throughout my body!! I had to actually turn it down from the volume I'm usually comfortable with!! These headphones actually have Sony quality sound. Amazing!! This is well worth the $25.00 you pay for them!!
Sound wise, I got far more bass than I expected and treble is comfortable. Sound overall is just a touch muddy, but still very, very good for the price.
One odd little thing - the earbuds don't curve in any way, making them universal and interchangeable for either ear, and since each plugs into its own dedicated headphone jack on the Oculus, there's absolutely no reason for them to be labeled "L" and "R" and yet, for some reason, they are. If it didn't rub my OCD the wrong way every single time I plug them in, I'd not even mention it but it is one constant little nagging thing that pops up every time I plug them in. Yeah, personal problem I know, but a certain cross section of buyers will hopefully find this bit of information worth knowing.

I started using normal headphones, but during intense beat saber sessions would accidentally catch them and rip them from my ears... this ruined the gameplay but could eventually kill my earphones, so I needed something better. My requirements were therefore:
No trailing wires - short runs between the audio ports and my ears
I needed earphones which I could easily travel with also, ideally fitting in the Oculus Quest official travel case
No additional batteries to charge
Good bass... I love Beat Saber and Pistol Whip, both for me need those deep bass notes for extra enjoyment!
These headphones have delivered on all of my needs. I've never had them fall out or even close to being pulled out. They pack easily (I do't actually need to even remove them!). The sound is great. Really the Quest needs to come with something like this as standard!
Audio quality wise, or in terms of volume, they are not much better than the internal speakers though, pretty low grade and if anything they are a bit less immersive.
I use the Quest in a quiet environment though, I guess that, if my intention was to shut out environmental sounds, these would help a lot.
The cable lenght is just fine, neither too long nor too short.
Well, I guess I'v got what I'd paid
So in summary - they are cheap and they work. Just don`t expect deep clean bass from them.
