Great insoles!

I looked at so many different insoles and decided on this one. Took a chance as I didn't really need orthotic ones, I just needed extra padding and comfort inside my sneakers. I'm so happy with these Spenco insoles! First of all, you can cut them to make them fit perfectly inside your shoes. Secondly, they provide just enough cushioning and are really comfortable. They didn't cause my shoes to be any tighter since they are thin, but what a world of difference they make! Highly recommend!

Bought these for my Iron Rangers and Beckman Redwing boots. People say these boots over time mold to your feet. Well mine didn't and wearing them felt like walking on concert. I was wearing wool socks no insole, the fit was nice and snug. These insoles do reduce the room inside the boot. So to counter this, i wear these with a regular crew sock. My Iron Rangers and now very cozy. Perfect

Great with orthotics

I have flat feet/fallen arches and have worn orthotics for many years. I always use the green Spenco inserts under the orthotics. I remove the insole of my shoes and replace with the Spenco insoles and then place the orthotics on top. The Spenco inserts take up less room in the shoe to make space for the orthotics, and provide extra cushion underfoot. They last years too. I highly recommend them for orthotic wearers!

I have looked and looked for something that cushions enough but doesn't change the profile of the existing footbed. I have a very high arch, a high instep bone, longer toes, and wider feet at the top. Plus my feet are very thin so almost no fat pads on the bottom of my feet. A regular Dr. Scholls was not enough and the double thickness was too much, couldn't get my foot in my shoe. I ended up for years using the Dr. Scholls 3/4 length rubber insert however they also had a thicker heel which pushed my heel up too high causing fatigue and too much pressure on the large bone behind your big toe. But they were all that kept me on my feet. Eventually over the years this put pressure on my feet incorrectly and I was getting nerve issues in my right foot. I tried buying new shoes, 6 pairs actually that I had to return, several other inserts, none of which worked, everything felt jerry rigged and not quite working right. And I walk, a lot. I finally bought these. They are basically a flat thin rubber like material. Not too thin or too thick. I can lay them over the insole of my Vasque trail walking shoes and it is the BEST my feet have felt in these shoes or others ever. When the really narrow toed shoes came out years ago I went 5 years without a new pair of shoes because nothing worked for my feet. As I have gotten older it has gotten harder because I have less padding, some arthritis but still the high arch, etc. These have put a smile back on my face and I just bought 3 more pairs. I also tried many custom orthotics and they were a waste of money. They hurt something awful and I couldn't get my foot and the orthotic in anything and the orthotics were always hard and I need soft. I am very happy with this product.

These are nice. I bought them since I have narrow heels, which makes it hard for flats to stay on without slipping off. These were slightly big so I trimmed them to fit into my flats. Just what I was looking for - something lightweight and thin. The thicker ones with more support are too thick for flats, so these are perfect. But if you're looking for something with more support, definitely choose insoles with more support than these. Especially if you're an athlete or walk a lot during the day.

The topcloth decided to come off mid run...

I needed a replacement sole for my running shoes and had trouble finding ones that were inexpensive and didn't advertise crazy arch support. I gave these a shot and they were perfect -- They fit into my shoes without having to trim them down and I thought I found gold after my first run of ~7 miles. Unfortunately, the optimism was short-lived and the topcloth came off during my second run with these shoes. This resulted in my toes unknowingly rubbing along the rubber insole and essentially becoming half-toe/half-blisters.

I did buy another pair in the hopes that the topcloth coming off is just a freak occurrence. At this point in time, I would recommend these if you don't want arch support and aren't planning on using them for running (or any other strenuous activity). If you want something more high-performance, it looks like you may have to end up looking at a higher priced, higher quality alternative.

I've had a set of these that I used in multiple boots over many years. They hold up for sure.

They're a great way to fill up a slightly over-size shoe or boot. For example you might get a larger size shoe to prevent toes from jamming, but then the volume inside makes your feet slide around. A pair of these insoles under the shoes insole will fill up the space and give you some extra cushion.

The fabric on these is better then the Moneysworth Odor Away insoles, but the spandex like fabric used is terrible on the feet for longer runs

These are also quite narrow, they are only 3 5/8 wide at the forefoot for a Men's size 8-9, so keep this in mind when making your purchase if you have wider shoes and go up a few sizes then trim
