Sprinkle it in egg-less salad, makes it better than the real thing ! Sprinkle on tofu scramble along with nutritional yeast and its amazing !

This stuff is incredible! After deciding to go vegan a few months back, I found myself pining for my much loved scrambled eggs. I came across a recipe for tofu scramble, and this was listed as one of the necessary ingredients for 'mimicking' the taste of real eggs. Having never tried tofu until that point, I was astonished as how closely it did in fact replicate the sulphur like taste of eggs. Tofu scramble without the black salt? Passable, but lacking. Tofu scramble WITH black salt. Soooo yummy!! I will never go back to the farm!!
