Thinking about it a little more and comparing it to stories where I despised most of the characters in the book (but still loved the book - The Gap Cycle by Stephen R. Donaldson). I have to give it a 4. It's still worth reading but not "oh wow" like some of the others.
Very funny account of alien invasion and a cure that turns out to be as bad as the disease.
Best part of this novel is the way the aliens come across as mentally handicapped, the phraseology they use
had me rolling on the floor. Cannabalism, genocide, apocalypse, all are presented as really bad musical theater,
and did I say funny as heck? Anyway, the humans decide to get rid of the aliens with nanotech, proving correct the adage
that you should never invent something you cannot uninvent.
Highly reccomended, unless you have no sense of humour whatsoever
I expect a certain amount of bad grammar and poor editing in these cheap (or free) digital books, but this was just ridiculous. I am more anal than average about it, but it really takes away from the story.
