Then he realizes how to stream-line the yoga process. Spiral Up Yoga is the result.
His premise is this: even if Something is good for you, if it costs you too much time or inconvenience, you won't follow through. And millions of my fellow Americans' waistlines are testimonies to this. And let's face it: he's right.
So he stream-lined yoga to 5 to 10 minutes a day, incorporating parts that bring your body, mind, and soul into alignment.
I've done yoga off/on for ten years. This book has been a great "at least I can do This so I don't totally fall away, because if I can sit here playing video games I can give myself 10 minutes to contribute to my wellness" resource. Even on days I get yoga in (5-6 days a week for me normally, this year), this is a great process to supplement it, hours after I work out and am feeling sluggish. And of course, I get to think, "hey, I worked out twice today!"
The mantras to start your day with are simple, yet felt deeply.
This book came highly recommended to me and I am very glad that I have the hard copy as well as the kindle version.
