I really like this thing for zoodles.
Pros:
-Easy to use
-Not awful to clean
-Sticks to the counter well
-Several blade sizes to choose from and it’s easy to switch between them
Cons:
-The cup is stupidly small, but I just use it without the cup in and let the spirals fall on a cutting board
-You can’t use the last .5-1” or so of the zucchini (or whatever you’re spiralizing)
-The hole for the “core” is a little small
I think this will be mainly for zoodles, which is fine because that’s what I bought it for. I did try an apple though (just the ribbon blade) to make apple chips, but it wasn’t great. Slices were pretty thin and the core didn’t take out enough.

My first attempt was disastrous, I ended up with mush. (Don’t forget to remove film over blade) I then cut a smaller piece of zucchini and voila I had beautiful doodles. Worked great on a potato too. Tips: keep your pieces fairly small, and don’t push down too hard. There is a fair amount of waste, but I just threw the pieces in a ziplock bag and put in freezer for a future soup! Really easy to use once you get the hang of it.
