The following Monday, I stopped by at the funeral home to pick up an extra copy which he told me he had that I could have. I was very anxious the get my hand on the book and start reading immediately, hoping to come across information that I could relate to for easing my pain. As I started reading, I was amazed and very drawn to keep on reading. I was very surprised to find out how much we had in common comparing some aspects of our lives. Being very faithful and a true believer, I had no doubt in my mind that physical death not being the end. Yet I was very curious to find out other people's personal experiences of witnessing the existence of the afterlife.
I have currently dedicated part of my hectic and busy schedule to reading a few pages daily. It has been the spotlight of my day to sit down daily and read to find out more about experiences of others and the knowledge that is shared. Without a doubt this book came to my acknowledgement at the perfect timing.
It is an emotionally a very painful stage for someone to fact the loss of a loved one. It can cause a great deal of suffering until time teaches us to learn with that pain. It can even come to a point where no words spoken to us can either ease the pain or make it worse. As it is discussed in the very valuable book that all the suffering and pain is of this world and it exists here only. Knowledge is power, and with the knowledge acquired from the book, I strongly believe that the emotional stress can be overcome.
The book is very easy to read and understand. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is in search of answers or evidence about if the spirit lives.
One of my father's experience shortly followed my brother's funeral. In the middle of the night, my dad was awakened to children laughing outside. He gets up, looks out the window, and sees my older brother playing outside with my other brothers and me. My dad's room is on the second floor but in this vision he saw us playing ground level on a sunny day. We were all little kids around the same age. In this vision, my brother faces my dad, smiles and then fades away.
My father's first experience with a spirit followed his father's death when he was a child. My grandfather was driving home from work and was killed when a train hit his truck. Back then there were no guardrails to protect cars passing on the train tracks. After his father's death, he would constantly worry if his father was okay. It was always on his mind. Then while sleeping at night he would be awakened to his bed being shaken. It happened for several nights and when he would look up, no one would be there. One night the shaking happened again, and again he looked up, but this time instead of seeing no one, he saw his dad who said to him..."I'm okay".
While growing up, my father's stories have always been in the back of my mind, and I've certainly pondered whether they were real or not. Spirit Lives! reassures me that my father's spiritual encounters were real. I just wasn't exposed to a community or resources that validated what seems to be the supernatural. But after reading these authentic stories in Spirit Lives!, there is no doubting that spirits are real. If you have any unanswered questions about this realm or you're looking for validation, I'm confident that Spirit Lives! will speak to your heart.
Dr. John Muciaccia is a former high school English teacher and vice-principal. I purchased his book after seeing a lecture by the author at my local library. His enthusiastic and compelling performance that evening convinced me to purchase this book. Dr. Muciaccia has a very fluid presentation style as his words and body movement/language flow as one totally in sync with the subject matter.
In reading the book, I was moved by the author’s recount of his final hours with his dad in the hospital. I’ve never read a more loving and moving account of a final goodbye.
Spirit Lives is the Doctors own experiences with the spirit world, the stories of ordinary people, and the practices of professional healers and psychics. All have very different stories to tell, yet, a common thread is found in each; there is an outside force (Spirit) that helps guide us through this life if we would just open up to it.
As you read his words it become clearly apparent that the Doctor has thoroughly research his book, and is most passionate about “Spirit”.
