By combining the Biblical truths with a few of his personal experiences with demons, he presents the facts needed by Christians to meet and defeat the enemy. His conclusions are theologically sound. --Sheila Myers, The Detective Jake Series

About the Author

Scott Meade was not born a Christian. He grew up in the world with worldly values. His life was based on the simple belief that it was good to work hard for material possessions, get married, and raise children. Something was missing, and it was not until well after his first wife had left him when he began to notice the clues that God was giving him. He did not realize that he had entered the world of spiritual warfare until after he had lost his wife, children, and most of his material wealth. Once he decided to accept Yeshua (Jesus) as his Savior, his world changed. Demons were sent to distract him from his studies and had attempted to take his life several times. God protected him so that he could begin his writing career. Mr. Meade continues to study the ancient Holy Scriptures daily and will fight demons for the rest of his life. He is now known as the "demon hunter".

I highly recommend the book Spiritual Warfare: Fighting Demons because it is biblically correct and Christians need this information to use in their lives to do what Jesus told us to do and what He did when He walked this earth. It is well known that an enemy will focus his attention on destroying his enemies so we need to know how to resolve these attacks the correct way. It is not a long book but is packed full of wisdoms and can be used as a handy reference guide. The author Scott Meade uses scriptures and also personal experiences that are very interesting and he really relates well with the younger generation. It is fun to read because of the interest created in Scott's real life experiences that are quite amazing and show you that you are not alone in being attacked by the enemy who hates God's people and wants to kill, steal from, and destroy them. I hope everyone who is being attacked with diverse problems in health, relationships, jobs, family, prosperity, spiritual, etc purchases this book, keeps it near, and uses it daily.

about fighting demons. Don't try it before reading this work by Scott Meade or the Bible intently with the purpose of understanding the power of the name of Jesus Christ and how to use it against powers and principalities that are not of this world.
It would seem that Scott has written a relatively short book yet it concisely and accurately describes what scripture tells us about demons and how to cast them away from us. I recommend you read it only a chapter at a time and mentally process the information. Open your Bible and look up the scriptures he quotes and read what was happening before and after the passage he gives. Have an in depth Bible Study with Mr. Meade's book as a reference.
Be prepared. The demons will not want you to know this information, so be sure to begin with prayer asking for protection and light to surround you. Spiritual Warfare Fighting Demons is not fiction and no laughing matter.

Scott Meade has done a wonderful job on his first work of non-fiction. You won't find a lot of fluff in this book. The author gets straight to the point about the topic of spiritual warfare and presents only the facts necessary to cover the topic. By combining the Biblical truths with a few of his personal experiences with demons, he presents the facts needed by Christians to meet and defeat the enemy. His conclusions are theologically sound.

It won't take anyone long to read this book; however, it would be a mistake to read the entire book in only a hour or so. It is suggested that each reader take the time to think about the information presented in each of the short chapters before moving on to the next chapter. This is information all Christians need. - Sheila Rae Myers, Author

I seldom write book reviews but this book needs one. While the author is correct that there are demons wandering the earth seeking the ruin of human souls and that these demons can possess people, his view of demons as disembodied Nephilim is theologically and biblically incorrect. The Flood was all about ridding the earth of Nephilim (Genesis 6, II Peter, Jude and the non-canonical books of Enoch and Jubilees) and they are gone. What we have to contend with are most of the one third of angels who fell with Satan (Revelation, Ezekiel 28, Isaiah 14.) They cannot be redeemed; that ship sailed long ago when they made their choice of Satan.

The author admits to being a young Christian (young in Christ, I have no idea how old he is in years) and it shows. He appears to be picking and choosing from Bible texts that he likes. This book is based on a few personal experiences and not much theology. There are far better books by more experienced Christians on spiritual warfare. I would just add a word of caution: those people who have practiced magic (occultism, card reading, tarot, I Ching, wicca, occult or magick rites, crystal gazing, black or white magic, astral projection and so on) are very susceptible to the influence of demons, often without their even realizing it. I would advise for such people much prayer, much Bible study particularly of the Gospels and the epistles of Paul, and much praising of Jesus Christ the Savior and invoking His protection and that of the Holy Spirit against demons. I believe the author falls into this category and hope he continues to grow as a Christian.

I liked this brief on spiritual Warfare! No philosophy, no wordiness, just the facts and a simple prayer.

I do not know if when he says the prayer must be said allowed - is factual - but if it works is the bottom line. I suppose that is not something ya wanna do in the local Starbucks...

Well worth the .99 cents!

I think the author should edit and include more examples of his own.

I was left wondering if one should attempt to tell a demon to leave the body of a person - it seemed that if the disciples were unable...I doubt that I (oh ye of little faith and much sin) would be able to drive one out. (I do know of one that needs driven out.)

Well, having seen the dark eyes, the crystalline twinkle as they pass...others might laugh and say you are a bit off...but on that account...you are fact on!
