I have been a long time spongebob fan since the shows birth, it did reach a downhill slope season 4 which continued through till the first half of season 6 but this second half is different, very different, its almost reminiscent of seasons 2 and 3. The show has really picked itself up this half of the season, the humour is now smart again (unlike seasons 4 and 5 which were centred around spongebob being as loud and obnoxious as possible) and instead of spongebob being ignorant and blatantly dumb he is now shoved back into his naive role. This is an amazing second half don't listen to the haters BUY THIS DVD

I admit that some of these episodes are horrible compared to the old ones, (especially the Viking one), but some of them are really funny. Any true spongebob fan should like many of these episodes, but like other reviewers said, the first 3 seasons were the best.

This doesn't feel like Spongebob anymore... to be honest. The episode "House Fancy" outraged me with that disgusting toe nail scene... eugh!
This is why Spongebob should have been cancelled after Season 3. The whole season in my opinion is pretty dull and unfunny and you can see that the directors try so hard to make it funny.
