This is a good product. It's not a disgusting pill, like many other vitamins. It has a pleasant tasting coating and goes down easily. I hate taking vitamins but this was an exception for me. And I love getting a little coconut oil!
I saw the before/after pics in the reviews and had hoped I would receive the same great benefit in the overall length of my hair. On that, I was a little disappointed. But I did receive major benefits in my skin and nails, which was noticeable right away.
I usually have to cover my nails in a growth product for several days or weeks to gain the growth I got from a few days on this vitamin. I've had to keep cutting them to keep up! They are healthy and strong.
My skin looks good and feels great! I have a lot of uneven skin tone issues and rely heavily on BB cream to even it out. But my skin changed on this vitamin. I am confident to go without makeup some days now. I find that incredible.
As for my hair, I didn't get the length in the back that I'd been hoping for. BUT, and I didn't notice it right away, the baby hairs on the sides of my head have grown considerably! I don't usually wear my hair in traditional ponytail styles, outside of the comfort of my home, because of all the baby hairs that stick out. But after about 3 weeks of taking this, that issue has started to resolve!! The hairs have started growing long enough that they can now be tucked behind my ears and don't stick out as much. I'm really excited about that.
I've also noticed considerable thickness in my hair so something is going on back there, lol.
I'm happy with this product and will order again.

Hair growth pill
I have repurchased this biotin probably like 7-8 times now. I love these pills, they do not cause me to breakout which was always a problem when I would try and take biotin pills. These are small and easy to take. I always take mine with food and I’ve noticed that made a difference. I bought these for hair growth and I believe they have been a big contributor in my hair health and growth over the past couple of years . I definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a good biotin to try out.

I have always had slow growing hair. On the left was June 1 2024 when I cut off about an inch to bring the bottom layer up to the mid-length layer. Started this and have been using one a day. Had few spots of cystic acne pop up but it didn't last and was only a couple spots. Happy with the growth which is very unusual for me. Feels bit thicker even though it's not obvious in pictures different lighting and I was napping today on it lol. Still happy with this thus far. For the cost and how well it's working it's a good deal. Tiny easy to swallow gel tab for anyone who needs that. Happy growing!
