The Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer was designed by to be worn during exercise, and even though it will provide back support, it is not intended for this use. The Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer is not a corset and will not compress the abdominal area like a corset. Please do not wear over any open wounds, or if you're susceptible to dermatitis. Do not wear for more than 2 hours as Neoprene is designed to be worn for only short periods of time. Do not wear while sleeping. New Neoprene often has something similar to a "wetsuit smell". Don't worry, this will dissipate over a short time by washing and normal exposure to air.

I've owned several of different waist trimmers (even a waist trainer which is completely different). However, Sweet Sweat's Waist Trimmer has topped every trimmer I've every owned! It's made of high grade quality, and stays in place during my runs and HIIT workouts. The best part of the trimmer is that it is not bulky under my clothes so it's very discreet. I ordered a size Small (my waist is 27inches) and it fits perfectly! Pair this with the sweet sweat cream, and you've got yourself a killer combo to sweat out all that water weight. I appreciate how this trimmer was constructed - just wipe when finished and the belt is pretty dry. I train double days so I am able to wear it in the morning for my fasted cardio and then in the evening for my post weights cardio.

PS - I paid my own money for this product, this is not a paid review by any means; just my honest review and thoughts on this product. If you don't own one of these, you are not sweating to your maximum potential! :) [...]

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this waist trimmer. It's the first one that I have ever used. I don't know about all the hype, but it certainly does reduce bloating and I sweat like crazy when I wear it during cardio. I don't go to the gym without it. I like the supportive feel I get when I wear it. If you're own the fence about buying one, I say do it! You will be happy with it!

But no really, it really makes you sweat. The belt without the sweet sweat cream itself is still effective but nothing like it is when you pair the two. The pictures I've posted are a two week time span using this product and the cream from this same company. I achieved these results with a semi-healthy diet, and working out five days a week at least two hours each of those days. I'm excited to see how much further I can get with this product!
