Began reading it the morning it was released, but had to stop due to Life (GRRRR!). I was able to begin reading it in the evening, and read straight through, minus one brief break, until I finished in the wee hours of the morning.
What a ride! This author is one of my favorites, and I found only one minor error, but that was only because he used "in hospital" instead of the American "in the hospital". Totally minor.
Can't wait for the next book!
Write, Mr Goodwin, write!
Without a doubt my favorite passage from the entire Morton Farrier series! Another brilliant adventure you have taken us on and so looking forward to the next. Well done. Well done sir!
The character of Elsie draws you into both the struggle of England during WWII, and the role that women played in the WAAF. You root for her and Morton together. Wonderful read.

Probably a good picture of parts of the second World war in England.
