diificult to find (locally) 15 / 20 amp dual breaker - does the job

A difficult to find "narrow" breaker 1 @ 15 amp feed, 1 @ 20 amp feed.

While inspecting my breakerr box , I identified a double "narrow" breaker with both @ 20 amps.. however one of the circuits had 14 gauge wiring. The (14 gauge) circuit in question carries very few amps (2amps). My desire was (is) to make it right therefore this breaker does the trick..

just what I needed! I ran out of space in my breaker box to add any more breakers. I know I need to add a sub panel sooner than later but I had a single 15 amp breaker occupying a spot that I could replace with this 15/20 amp combination breaker. Worked great in my homeline box. Doesn't have the same look as the normal square d breakers.
But works great to keep circuits on their own breaker. The terminals are meant for 1 wire for either side. (Versus single breakers having two places for wires on either side of the screw.)
