Requesting a refund after emailing or uploading proof of purchase has not worked after 5 attempts.

I'm frustrated by what seems like very lack luster customer service from Square Trade:
Day 1) I Attempted to upload receipt on Square Trade site "under 5MB as they require", my file 1.95MB will not upload. Keep getting an error message saying:
"Application error: Sorry, we've run into an unexpected technical issue."
I attempted several times throughout the day to no avail.
I finally did a live chat at Square Trade, the rep was ZERO help, only asking for me to do the submission via the email option.
Day 2) I send them and email per their instruction "exactly how they direct you to do it". No confirmation of any kind sent, and of course my account still shows pending receipt required for coverage. By this point I am frustrated and wondering why I am not cancelling the transaction.
Day 3) I send another email, and attempt once again to upload the receipt without success:(
Day 4) One more attempt at upload, will not work. An anger is now welling up inside me about this company.
My better judgement is now telling me to chuck this whole thing and just forget insuring my new ipod touch 64 GB
I have heard good things about this company, but I am left wondering how good is it if the "system" they have is this poor for providing the proof they require on file to be covered?
Extremely irritated at the present.
UPDATE: Day 5) I tried one last time to upload and email the receipt. Still no confirmation of success of the email. and still the error message. I requested a refund of 40 plus dollars I paid. Says 2-3 days to respond. We'll see how that goes? "Gee, I wonder how well this will go?"
