Waited 10 days . Then called Square Trade customer service and was informed I was not in any warranty.
UE Boom @ wireless speaker which I really enjoy,except for the annoying charging port problem.Getting back to my Square Trade Protection Plan I called them first when I looked for my protection plan and realized I had the plan as I was suppose to but just did'nt know it until a year ago to make a long story short the Square Trade staff got me on track & all set up ,also informing me that I was still under warranty with Logitech other then that I would have easy gave them five *****stars ok.
UPDATE: I contacted Squaretrade by email. They were able to handle my claim through email. That was great!!! I sent my GPS unit back today. I will update upon completion, but things are looking up.
FINAL UPDATE: After sending back the unit, Squaretrade promptly sent me the price I paid for the Magellan Maestro 4700 (refurbished). When you need to make a claim, they give you an option to be paid immediately through PayPal, via a check through snail-mail, or with an Amazon gift card with a 5% bonus. Since I plan on buying another GPS unit, I took the Amazon gift card. I will also definitely buy another Squaretrade warranty. It works!
