We have used this for several years. It works very well and tastes good. It is a very gentle, very fine abrasive that doesn't always get off all the film for me, but other family members say it works good for them. We like that it has not flouride. The teeth need flouride, yes, but they need CALCIUM flouride, not SODIUM flouride which is literally rat poison, a waste product of aluminum manufacture. It was ALCOA that did the flouride studies in 1950s. They needed a way to get rid of their waste flouride. Also this has Xylitol which prevents the bacteria from creating biofilm habitat on your teeth. The biofilm absorbs the saliva calcium to make hard plaque, and prevents the calcium from being absorbed by the teeth. This toothpaste also does not have any Sodium Laureth Sulfate foaming agent which prevents calcium remineralizing and healing the cavities. Take Life Extension Super K with Advanced K2 Complex 90 Softgels and brush with this toothpaste to heal cavities.

It doesn't bother my sensitive teeth.

It doesn't have any odor, particularly menthol which irritates my lungs, and it doesn't stink up my small apartment.

It's fluoride free (a neurotoxin)

It's sweet but doesn't appear to contain any sweeteners

It's easy to get out of the tube because it's not as thick as common tooth pastes.

It doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste.

My mouth feels clean afterward.

Love this stuff. Almost no taste, no fluoride, no color, just powerful Xylitol to kill mouth bacteria, along with enamel-building minerals. For best effect, remember DO NOT RINSE. Brush your teeth, tongue, gums, roof, then spit it out and do not rise or drink/eat for quite a while. Note that It "suds" less than typical toothpastes. I have sensitive teeth and alternate between this in the morning, and Novamin & Fluoride containing paste at night (have to order it from overseas- the EU version of Sensodyne Repair & Protect; the USA version is completely useless) and all my problems went away and have stayed away for many years now.

This product took almost a whole tube for me to see results but does seem to work, finally, to reduce sensitivity. Cons are very expensive and does not leave your mouth "minty fresh". A bit of grit in mouth after due to ingredients but that is to be expected. Doesn't freshen breath as much as I would like. I spent the super pricey $10 per tube as I really needed to fix the sensitivity problem. It has helped a lot. Trick will be if the fix is permanent or not because I won't keep paying the price. The 4 star is for the lack of freshness from the toothpaste. Seems to work, though, I am through my first tube.
