Knowing the value of advertising, Bishop created Li'l Squirt in 1941 and word of this refreshing drink spread. In 1983, taking advantage of the new low-calorie soft drink technology, Squirt became the first soft drink in the US to use Aspartame.

The product itself is fine-- that isn't on trial. What is in trial though is that the box was damaged when it was delivered. I had initially thought nothing of it at first thinking it was only water damage. When I opened the box the soda packs themselves were not only so water damaged I had to peel the material back. But several cans were smashed apart and opened.

I cannot view a replacement policy as I would just enjoy the product if it wasn't broken. If this can be remedied I would greatly appreciate it. Picture related.
