The stack-on Tactical gun cabinet is the safest way to store your guns. Designed with the Usability and comfort of all gun enthusiasts, stack-on does not sacrifice cost for quality. This stack-on cabinet is approved by the California department of justice as meeting their standards for safely storing firearms.
From the Manufacturer
Stack-On's Tactical Security Safes are specially designed for protection against theft and to uniquely hold and store your tactical weapons. These safes are approved by the California Department of Justice as meeting the standards and requirements for firearm safety. Each safe has 4-way locking, extra-large 1.5" steel tapered live action locking bolts that are extended and retracted with the turn of the steel 3 spoke handle. The reinforced steel door is filled with fire retardant material which expands and seals when exposed to fire. This safe is fire resistant up to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, and is tested and verified by ETL- an independent testing lab. The tactical storage section includes adjustable barrel rests that are extended to accommodate the added depth needed to store tactical weapons. Rifles or shotguns can be stored on each side of the tactical gun storage section or the space can be converted to shelving for storing ammo, pistols or other items. Each safe comes with factory installed door storage that provides added storage for pistols, magazines and other gear. This Tactical Safe has a matte black finish with silver/gray accents and riveted steel tread plate panels on the front of the door, it also includes fastening hardware.

The safe comes with 2 pre-drilled holes in the steel on the bottom and 4 in the back to use for anchoring. 2 lag screws are included. You have to pick the holes you want to use and then drill the holes through the fire-proofing insulation yourself. No big deal, right? They even mark where you are supposed to drill on the insulation. This is where I dock a star. These marks did not line up with the holes in the steel. Learn from me....Ignore the marks and drill through the insulation from the outside-in (before you put the safe in place). A little awkward if anchoring to the floor, I know, It will be a pain to lift the safe up to get to the holes, but you will get it right the first time. The safe comes from the shipper bolted to 4 "feet" so a pallet jack can get under it, but they are only about 6" tall. With 2 strong people, you can rock the safe up on each side to get under it and drill. If you have your drill ready to go, maybe the delivery guy will jack it up for you. ;)
