Shipment arrived ahead of promised delivery date well packaged. Product is just as described.Since in this case my purchase was cost driven expectations were not lofty but the muddler far exceeded even what I was hoping to get. I have used it only a few times but it seems strong and cleans up easily, not sure what more you can desire from a cocktail muddler.I Did have some confusion on how to obtain the ebook but seller was very responsive and helpful in getting it to me. My only disappointment was with the ebook as it was only a handful of recipes none of which I haven’t seen a hundred times.
