Initially I found the 3/4" NPT threaded holes for both the inlet and outlet to be a bit oversize and it took several tries and a lot of Teflon tape to achieve a tight fit and seal. But then I had a problem with leaks around the silicone O-rings. These appear to be special O-rings (not circular cross-section) and to date I haven't been able to find a replacement. I was able to contact the seller and they asked for photos of the problem, but they have not responded since, nor have they sent me replacement O-rings.
Other reviews of this product cite a poor internal seal of the double-open-ended filter cartridge. The inside bottom of the housing is convex like that of a wine bottle and you have to take care to center the cartridge on the bottom and top to ensure a tight fit against the cartridge's rubber washers. But once properly installed it seems to achieve a tight fit between housing and filter cartridge. So in that regard I don't have a complaint apart from the balancing act required to install the filter cartridge on center.
