Height: 1 inch, only 0.75 inch useful***
Width: 1.75 inch

***The lips that prevent the drawers from falling out take out another quarter inch of height. So really, if you want to be able to slide your doors in and out then only fill it to 0.75 inches.
1. There are two holes in the back of the unit so you can wall mount it.
2. Don't plan on stacking multiple units and expect stability. There are no lips or guides to prevent shifting and the top & bottom surfaces aren't seamless.
3. There are no label holders on the drawers. There is a 1.25 x 3/16 inch flat space above the drawer handle good for labeling.
4. The item is reasonably durable. Dropped a few drawers from 6ft on hard floor and no breaks. However, if you step on the item or drawers they probably will break.
I own two of these units. Each drawer can hold about 100 quarter-watt resistors before getting full. Because of the height limitation of the lip I could not fit some of my larger motors and potentiometers. Both units sit side by side on my workbench against the wall. I'm overall satisfied with this item, but wish it was slightly larger to fit the rest of my components.
Use this for small electrical components or computer screws. Larger screws or nails will fill this up quickly. Take a decent measurement of what you want to store and compare to my dimensions at the top. This item is on the small side.
