While this is not military quality, by any means, it does remind me of some of the military tents that I did use while on active duty in the 90's.
I'll field test this very soon and update the review. For right now I'll leave it at 3 stars as I'm unsure of how it will stand up over time.
Pros: Very large cabin area
Very large entryways, front and back.
Very large windows for ventilation
Easy for one man to put up
Attached floor that seems like it would be water resistant.
Cons: No included matching cover
No stakes included
Very thin and seemingly weak ties for the frame legs
OK we took it out for the weekend. Set up on site was less than 5 minutes on very rocky terrain, so I had a hard time with staking it down. We had high gusting winds that shook the tent very well but it stayed put. I was surprised that the ties for the frame legs help up. We also had a short cloud burst and we stayed nice and dry.
Since it survived a Texas torture test, I'll give it 5 stars even though I think it should have come with a matching cover.
So I gave them a second chance and I am IMPRESSED. All the positive reviews since then have been genuine. I immediately set the tent up in my back yard and had no problems (even with the help of two two-year old girls and a one-eyed dog). Once set up, I tested each and every zipper, yanked on each hook, and then let the girls have at the doors. An hour later they had moved a table, two chairs, stuffed animals, and various assorted rocks into the cavernous space. I think this tent more than satisfies the durability test. Take down was just as easy as set up once you remember to remove the rocks stuffed into the storage pockets.
Some almost random comments, there is a hook hanging inside from the center of the roof. Bring a step ladder if you want to hang a lantern from it or attach a rope to it before you raise the canopy. Campsites with low hanging obstacles may be a challenge since this tent is so high. I use an aluminum frame canopy I got from Costco, which may have slightly larger than normal pole width.Read more ›

I use my pop up regularly and this tent gives me the additional flexibility to camp or maintain a private space if I need it. Folds up much smaller than I had expected. Read morePublished 3 hours ago by SheridanGi
This has got to be the best invention since the wheel or sliced bread. We already had the pop up canopy but after one camping trip it was cold, windy, and wet. Read morePublished 1 day ago by DK
The tent itself is good in concept. I opened it up today and it was ripped in a bottom corner.
Betond that it was simple to set up and so far seems to hold up well. Read more

Note the domed ceiling. Very few 10X10's come with a domed ceiling. A little ingenuity was required for this to work in our 10X10. Read morePublished 9 days ago by Tom Cryer
