From the Manufacturer
The Stanley Works, originally a bolt and door hardware manufacturing company located in New Britain, Connecticut; was founded in 1843 by Frederick T. Stanley. A few years later, in 1857, Fredericks cousin, Henry Stanley, founded The Stanley Rule and Level Company. In 1920, The Rule and Level Company merged with The Stanley Works and would go on to become its famous Hand Tools Division. Over the years, The Stanley Works has produced some of the most innovative and useful tools ever made. Among these tools are the Bailey Plane, the Surform shaper, the PowerLock tape rule and most recently the FatMax line of products. Today, more than ever, Stanley continues to be an industry leader in tool innovation. In 2001, Stanley introduced more than 100 new products, bringing to 400 the number of new products introduced in the past four years. As a direct result of Stanleys commitment to excellence, Stanley was awarded the Prestigious Golden Hammer Award, presented for New Product Innovation in both 2000 and 2001.

It's Made in China - even I would prefer made in USA but I couldn't seem to track one down. Regardless, this is still very affordable and right up there with the quality level of comparable, mid/lower level, USA made adjustable wrenches. It's very much worth the $10 or so they are asking.
Note- some other reviews posted on here have me questioning the reviewer, seems to me like they were attempting to use this tool for a job that would be better suited for an entirely different tool. Doesn't seem to me like they were properly qualified for the task... Beware of some of the negative reviews, they only add confusion and mis-information.
I have had this for two years now and it is one of the best tools on my farm. Great for when you need a very tight grip on a stubborn nut or bolt head. I use it for taking four-sided gearbox drain plugs out of different sizes. This is one of the most used tools on my farm. Replaces a whole set of end wrenches and gives a tighter grip. Only complaint is you have to retighten it every time you put it on a nut, otherwise it works just like any other crescent wrench. Also a little expensive. Price was 17.99 when I purchased it and has gone up.

Every time I pull it out at a site to do something in front of people, they comment first about it looking neat (but with the "it's a gimmick" look on their face), followed by their jaws dropping when I clamp it on, and can just let go to free my hand to grab something else, and avoid rounding off the bolt, and not need to have someone pass me the ⅜'s whatever wrench on the ladder.

Llegó a tiempo y en buen estado.
