I gave the book to my daughter because there is not a Danish traditional dish not covered here. And also many non Scandinavian recipes.
Keeping in mind that we now have access to many foods and fresh herbs today, the book also give you the challenge of updating some of the dishes.
The book is filled with beautiful stories as well. My favorite is "Uncle Ule's whacked rabbit".
