Product Description

From the Manufacturer

The Star Trek Action Pack has quadrupled the fun with a quad of games in one pack! Engage in all the action you can handle with Star Trek Armada, Star Trek Armada II, Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force, and Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force Expansion Pack.

Star Trek Armada

The Dominion War is over. The three major powers of the Alpha Quadrant, once allied against a common foe, begin planning for the future. An uncomfortable peace has settled in the Galaxy. But now, the Borg are threatening this peace, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake.

You are in charge of the fleets of Federation, Klingon, Romulan, and Borg ships set to wage war in this historical meeting. Build starships, construct space stations, and research special weapons to lead your side to victory in this first real-time 3D strategy game set in the Star Trek: The Next Generation universe. In various campaigns, assume command of the fleets of the Federation, Klingon, Romulan, and Borg, strategize tactical plans, survive 20 missions, command solo, or engage others in multiplayer mode.

The galaxy hangs in an awkward balance. The Borg are threatening to tip the scales. Are you up for the challenge?

Star Trek Armada II

The Borg are back with an insidious new weapon that threatens the very fabric of the galaxy. Meanwhile, a spatial rift has the mysterious fluidic space dwellers, Species 8472, inundating Federation space. Control ships from overhead, or right in the midst of the action.

Battle in intense competition over LAN and the Internet via GameSpy, where the outcome of every encounter depends on your ability to manage your fleets across the galaxy. Enjoy full cinematic 3-D action. All new ship classes, weapons and intense tactical challenges collide in epic 3-D battles set in the Alpha Quadrant, Borg territory, and never-before seen fluidic space.

Your mission: To eliminate the Borg threat once and for all. And survive a merciless assault from Species 8472.

Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force

One blast from destruction, the U.S.S. Voyager is mysteriously transported into a null space infested with danger. As part of Voyager's elite Hazard Team, you must defend it from a host of scavenging aliens, then infiltrate a Borg cube and derelict vessels to eradicate your deadly foes. The Quake III Arena engine powers the dynamic gameplay as you fight for survival through 40 ultra-intense single-player missions and 16 multiplayer arenas. It's first-person shooter action that won't quit.

Fight along side crewmembers with the addition of Icarus AI, an enhancement to the Quake III Arena engine that allows for extraordinary team interaction. Nine weapons-each with two firing modes-give you eighteen different attack options. That means the firepower will be there when you need it most. Multiplayer modes offer Free-for-All, Capture the Flag and breathless Team play. Corridors collapse, walls explode, and enemies materialize right in front of you.

Fight on the front line, then go online. Multiplayer Holomatches give you a universe of first-person shooter action as you battle in solo matches or with your friends.

Be prepared-if Voyager is destroyed, humanity won't be far behind.

Have Star Trek Armada 1 & 2 (purchased separately) can't speak for the other games.
Star Trek Armada 1 is a 2D top down perspective spaceship combat game in the Star Trek Universe - thoroughly enjoyed it on Windows XP. Star Trek Armada 2 tried to introduce "3D" graphics with (my opinion) disastrous effect, final result was no where's near as fun as Star Trek Armada 1.

Has anyone been able to get this to run under Windows 7? Noticed it's not listed under the operating systems.

For the love of god, do NOT buy the Star Trek Action Pack or half the games within from the scammers here on Amazon. I bought this lovely pack in a Wal-Mart for $40 back in 2003! Do not be taken in by these greedy fools here trying to sell you 4 [..] games, which are all [...] if not more and definitely not worth a new game's price or more. You can buy them all separately at any retailer for significantly less than this single pack would cost. Shame on all of you resellers ripping people off to the extreme!

Voyager elite force and the expansion pack is fantastic- one of the best FPSs ever and the best trek game ever( along with elite force 2)

This pack comes with star trek: armada, star trek: armada 2, star trek: voyager elite force, and the expansion pack for Star Trek: Elite force. I concider these games the BEST star trek games ever made, and i'm a pretty avid star trek gamer. Star trek: armada 1 and 2 are both VERY fun games, and are different enough to keep you interested in them both. Before i bought this, i had bought star trek: armada for [$$$] alone, and concidered it a great deal! Plus you have elite force, based on the quake III engine, that has absolutely awsome gameplay and graphics. plus the expasion for that game, which is a must-have. with this, you are able to explore the star trek: voyager ship, based on set designs from the actual show. For these games, I would have happily paid several times the price i bought It for (if i had the money) and would have been completely satisfied.
