I have not much to say without going into spoiler territory, but I can say I can't wait for more Qi'ra! Loved the small inclusion to canon of legends content as well, got me super excited for what's coming next.
It's an intriguing start and I'll definitely read the rest. I wish the pacing was a little less clunky and the series was not organized by the various criminal organizations. (that's my assumption)
Good take on an interesting character. Not mind mind blowingly good though.
Alot goes on in this first issue. SPOILER ALERT. Qi'ra gets some of the most dangerous characters in the galaxy to work together to overthrow the Sith,(Emperor Palpy and DV). Even the Knights of Ren get a brief look in. To do so involves unbalancing the other criminal syndicates and set themselves at each other. There's no Jedi or much morality here but brutal effective politics. This is the ugly underbelly of the SW universe and makes for a good tale even though it's clearly a tragedy. Machiavelli eat your heart out.
A good start to the series. Having watched the solo movie, I always wanted to know what became of Maul’s organisation and how big a role Qira would play.
