Fun Galaxy’s Edge food in the spirit of Star Wars

I’ve enjoyed this cookbook more than any other cookbook I own. Still making my way thru the recipes. The Spicy Mandalorian Stew is my favorite. Poly starch Portion Bread is fun to experiment with, we tried it with diced apples. Fried Endorian Tip Yip is basic fried chicken. Ronto Wraps were well liked by my group, though not park accurate. Felucian Garden Spread came pretty close to what I remember from the park. Huttese Slime Pods were my least favorite recipe, I thought it wasteful of good avocado. I tried the blue butterfly pea tea for the Bantha Chai but it didn’t work for me, next time I’ll just use blue food coloring. I’m looking forward to starting the desserts section. I’ve got my eye on the Cavaellin Spice Creams and Mimbanese Mudslide. I’ve got my sporks and I’m having fun.
