Canto Bight Speeders
Gamblers arriving for a night at the table are greeted by valets trained to operate speeders designed for a vast range of appendages. There are also droids on hand to take charge of truly exotic models. Holo-camera trackers alert staff when a visitor's night is over, ensuring minimal wait times.
Crimson Calling Card
Ski speeders were designed for use on asteroids, where there is enough gravity for repulsorlifts to engage, but not enough for true flight. They prove mildly terrifying to pilot in the heavier gravity of a planetary surface —the overcompensating repulsors threaten to launch the lightweight craft into the air with every bounce.
The old veterans among the Resistance's officers like to impress new recruits by telling harrowing tales of the Rebellion era: favorites include the Battle of Scarif, the evacuation of Hoth, and the reinforcement of Thila. But the retreat to Crait strikes even these old hands as a desperate gamble.

You'll learn that Palpatine restricted scouting during the time as Emperor, but he sent out his own scouts into the Unknown Region in preparation for the expansion of his Empire. There, he built preliminary infrastructure. All in secret. The First Order has seized these installations, and during the last three decades have built up a fleet of over two dozen Star Destroyers, Starkiller Base, the Dreadnought that you see in the film, and all the fighters and such.
Snoke's flagship, the Supremacy, is 60 km long, wingtip to wingtip, and it is basically a space-city. It has factories and manufacturing capability. It can dock up to 8 Star Destroyers, two internally. It has enough firepower to rival a fleet. There are droid manufacturing areas and Stormtrooper Training Academies aboard. Snoke has not chosen a capital planet for the First Order. Instead, he uses his gargantuan ship as a floating capital.
