Because you're a good little worker droid and you want to make sure you wake up for work each day on time, who better to help you do it than the most loved of all droids R2-D2! (Sorry C3PO, no offense, but you've got to admit the little beeping, twittering, blurping and farting bucket of bolts is pretty cute.) The R2-D2 Projection Alarm Clock is storm-trooping its way into bedrooms across the galaxy. Just set the alarm and R2 will burp, bleep, tweet and twitter you awake and he'll even project the time, date and seconds onto your ceiling when the alarm goes off, your wall or the Wookie sleeping beside you (just adjust the angle with his legs). It's almost like Luke receiving Princess Leia's 911 call to Obi Wan! Ok, that's a stretch, but 60 seconds worth of authentic droid dialogue will certainly get you moving. At just over 6 inches tall, the R2-D2 Projection Alarm Clock is great decoration on any Star Wars fan's bedside table (when he's not sitting in your X-Wing fighter of course). Complete with LCD screen, the clock projects whenever the alarm sounds or at the press of a button and you can choose between 12 or 24 hour display. If you love Star Wars, if you love technology, or if you just can't be bothered turning over to see what time it is - this is definitely the droid you are looking for. Order the R2-D2 Projection Alarm Clock and go back to enjoying sweet Jedi dreams.

My biggest complaint: The clock does NOT project, unless the alarm is going off. The LCD is too small to see the time during the day unless you're a foot from it and squint... I needed the ceiling projection so i cn tellt he time at night... not possible; it'll only project when the alarm is sounding.
This is only good as a vanity item, not a functional clock OR projection clock.
