The other issue I had with it, is that it has no back. I thought he would be able to store all of his micro machines in it, but that is definitely not the case. The front part closes, but the whole back is open which I guess allows for more play area, but just as a warning, it's not a sphere like you would expect.
Other than those couple of issues, he's having loads of fun with it and it was his favorite thing for Christmas.
Our favorite part is the Studio FX app. We like making funny explosion videos with the toys after scanning their QR codes.
The Galoob version back in 1997 was way better. Not only it featured a 360 degrees rendition of the space station, but also had mutiple scenarios inside, plenty of details, figures and vehicles. And now this, no money-value, by far the worst playset ever. Mr Walt Disney would be outraged by the way you managed to ruin his dream of bringing joy to the world. Shame on you Disney corp!

This is my son's favorite Christmas present. It holds his micro machines and provides a great play time of the Death Star.Published 1 day ago by PrincessandBuddiesMom
Got this for my son for Christmas. He liked it but the death star will not close and stay closed. Made him very disappointed in the gift.Published 4 days ago by April Alaspa
