Picked up June 11, 2022. Worked flawlessly until it died in March of 2023. Device was on a UPS so no surge. Neither Ethernet or fiber are showing a connection even though when I plug the same Ethernet directly into the switch it works. Replace the SFP modules on both ends and the fiber. Same behavior.
UPDATE: Contacted StarTech. Explained the troubleshooting I did. They shipped me a new unit within 3 days. No swap out, just a new unit. That was the fastest, easiest customer support I've ever had. Up and running again.
