We activate cards before shipping the cards to our customers and are constantly working with our card partners to ensure that there are no issues. However, in rare circumstances, if the card you received was not activated, you can contact customer service and we will be happy to work with you to replace the card. If you experience any issues with the balance on the card, you can contact the card partner directly using the contact information provided on the card.
