Top customer reviews
Sure, Starbucks does not carry as many flavors as Keurig, but with all the flavored creamers and syrups on the market, this isn't really an issue. The manufacturers more than made up for this by giving this machine the ability to do espresso and lattes.
The first thing I made when I got the machine set up with a Dirty Chai Latte, and I was amazed that the end result tasted exactly what I purchase at Starbucks.
The machine heats up in less than 30 seconds, has a collection bin for used pods, and does not take up much space on the countertop. It is also very light weight.
If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that water tank is on the back of the machine, rather than the side, making it difficult to see when the tank is empty and making it inconvenient for filling. However, perhaps any other design would effect the machine's function.
