The price on Amazon, less than two bucks a unit, rocks. I'm a picky eater, but needed something to carry on extended travel. I opened one of these foil pouches not expecting much, and added a little mayo. These are so good! Wow, not what I was expecting.

I'd eat these even if I wasn't traveling now.

These are great low calorie meals! Pour into a bowl, ad chopped onion, diced pickles, and spicy brown mustard. Stir it up.
You've got a good meal. You can put it on crackers; but then that's more calories. I like it all by itself. It's simple to make and really fills you up. Be aware some of the Tuna Creations are packed in sunflower oil not water. They are really good
But packed in water is lower in fat. REALLY RECOMMEND these.

I'm a big fan of the tuna creation flavors in general but Ranch is my favorite. I take a tupperware with spinach leaves, walnuts, and dried fruit to work and then open up one of these badboys right before I eat and dump it on top. Its delicious and incredibly healthy!

Could I buy unflavored tuna in an inconvenient can for a fraction of the price? yes, but I'm willing to pay a little extra for the flavor and convenience.

I like Starkist Tuna. I used to buy it in the cans all the time. Then one day I was shopping and found the flavored Tuna Creations in a pouch. Curious, I purchased three pouches: Hickory Smoked, Herb and Garlic, and Lemon Pepper. I loved the pouches. It was less messy than getting the can opener out and squeezing out all the excess juice. I liked the Lemon Pepper, but I did not like the Herb and Garlic, the taste was too intense. Hickory Smoked is to me the absolute best! Since it is not messy, I can take it to work and eat in my office. I have also found that it makes the recipes for casseroles and such taste so much better. If you are a fan of hickory, then this will make you very happy.
