This book will answer every question you might face. There are fantastic resources in this book and templates that will give you such a great starting point and guideline. Lots of places online that I vistied who give advice are usually American and completely irrelevant to the obstacles that I face in the UK so finding this book was so helpful. Best investment piece for starting up your own cake business. Lots of women working and thriving in the industry speak of their own personal experiences their so you can learn from their mistakes and gain their fantastic knowledge.

Having read other books on the same subject, I was intrigued to know if it covered anything I hadn't previously heard. Much of the content bears similarity to other books on building a cake decorating business, however it is the way it is presented that sets this book apart from others. The author has tackled every subject in layman's terms, without the waffle that others go into. A very practical and useful book that will serve as a good aid to anyone thinking, or in the process of setting up their own cake business. Highly recommend it!
