This book was absolutely wonderful! I did not want to put it down. The authors put a lot of thought into what you should know about opening and running your new or already established coffee bar. Very detailed! I wanted to run out and open my business right after I read this book. :-) But, research, research, research will have you better prepared. It wouldn't hurt to have this book under your arm the whole time either!

Even though some of the information in it is a tad dated (2009) this is still great information to know if you're looking to start a coffee bar. I especially love the budget, job application, and ongoing expenditure templates. It was all around very helpful, especially if you're looking to lay some of your anxieties to rest.

I find myself going back to the book regularly for ideas and insights. It is straightforward in its' approach and gives you some things to think about. I think the start-up equipment lists could be a bit more extensive, but that is my only complaint. Use this book as a guide to get into the business.
