The author takes a straightforward common sense approach to marketing and customer engagement. This book is an easy read but also has some fascinating real life stories from the “trenches” of marketing. Mr Rouse is able to connects the humanity side to the business side which helps to reduce sales friction. It is a pragmatic collection of advice wrapped in a warm, funny, and insightful stories and a very nice change from the regular stuffy marketing books. I will pass around a few copies in my San Francisco HQ office.
