No real insight or advice. This may have taken a total of 1 hour to write. It took me literally 10 minutes to read and not one topic was given any real thought or gone into deeply at all. It's a complete waste of $3 and 10 minutes of your life. Also, after doing a few searches and wasting more of my time to find some shred of credibility for the author, Karen Freeman and her alleged gourmet dog treat business, "Doggone Delicious"...I found nothing. At all. I'm sure she's a nice person but it's not cool to publish something for money when there is no real, credible information included or any substance to the few pages it has. At the very least, the couple points made should have been dissected and discussed at a much deeper level to deserve compensation. I would never recommend this pamphlet.
