Most people who have been through few start-ups have probably experienced many of the advice firsthand or know about it. I find it very useful to use the material as reference (a subset of my check list) when I am brainstorming about a particular topic.
The current book is compilation of his many selected blog posts over years. You will find 360 degree advice on topics as diverse as finding co-founder chemistry (which most first time co-founders fail to appreciate) to how to avoid pit falls in software development projects.
Since the information is divided into "10 minute" chapters, a busy start-up player will be easily able to find time to read them. Feel free to read the chapters in any order you like unless they are on the same topic e.g. co-founders in which case you are better off reading those related chapters in sequence.
Their book on INBOUND MARKETING is awesome
Hope this helps you all save some time
