You can brew this weak for lemon water or strong for iced tea. I really like all the health benefits lemon grass offers but it was very messy making iced tea out of the lemon grass......I found the solution. I purchased the 2 quart Mr Coffee Iced tea maker and it works great. I was using cheese cloth to make my own tea bags. Now all I have to do is drop in a coffee filter in the Mr Coffee tea maker, add 1/4 cup of the bulk lemon grass, and in minutes I have great tasting lemon grass tea. Lemon grass has so many health benefits, I can not list them all here. If you decide to purchase the Mr Coffee make sure you purchase the 2 quart iced tea maker and not the 3 quart. I purchased the 3 quart maker and returned it. It leaked tea and water all over my kitchen counter. The 2 quart is built differently and works perfectly. If you buy the tea maker, read the reviews for helpful hints to get the sugar to melt. My purpose here is to review the lemon grass not the tea maker. The tea is great and is really good for you as well.

This was not All Lemongrass! It was mixed with some type of Bark! When I opened the bag the smell hit me like a ton of bricks, it was obviously NOT Lemongrass. More Like 90% Bark of some kind, 5% Something Else and 5% Lemongrass. I buy Lemongrass often and I grow it too! This is not All Lemongrass, I could barely even smell Lemongrass. The pungent smell of this Bark/Herb was so overpowering, it gave me a headache. This is very dangerous to blend in unknown fillers, I could be allergic to whatever you blended in this batch.I asked for a Full Refund, but no response as of yet. You can't fool an Herbal Pro!
