We are slowly getting rid of one use items in our house. It takes time and can be a bit costly, so baby steps. I love these bags, they are of excellent quality and thickness. The seal goes together quite well. There are many different sizes to choose from. I washed mine in the dishwasher and they do well. I do have to dry them when they come out, but that's no big deal to me.

I chose this brand over several others because it seemed like the best quality. What I didn’t consider was that I purchased these for my children’s lunchboxes and perhaps they are a bit TOO durable. Neither of my kids can open it without help, often times it’s hard for me to open myself. They are absolutely leak proof, for cooking and storage there are so many possibilities. The quality is excellent, thick and sturdy. They just seal too well for me- not kid lunchbox friendly.

This is the best reusable bag on the market, IMO. The silicone is thick, high quality. And the snap lock closure is easy to use, unlike other reusable bags I have tried. The product itself is great--My only qualm is that the bag seems to retain soap after it is cleaned in the dishwasher, and the food inside always takes on a bit of a soap-y taste. While it is a plus that this is dishwasher safe, I think it is best to hand wash.

I like the idea of these but I don’t feel like they’ve quite replaced disposable bags yet. They can be difficult to clean and get fully dry and the the closure is not perfect. They’re annoying to store too. I use them on occasion but I’m still using Ziploks for now.

I cannot comment fully because a) don’t have it long enough b) I use it more for household stuff. However, i can say its sturdy and leak proof, it felt little stiff to use it first. I was dissapointed with the price for one, for some reason I thought they are three, but that’s obviously my mistake. Having said that considering that glass containers are cheaper than one of these and bigger, I think one needs to know what they need it for at that price. It would be also little more spacious if the bottom of it can expand to give it more capacity.
