After four attempts at delivering mine, I finally got one that isn't broken. Hopefully the shippers have figured out how to ship these things.
The product itself is great. There are not many relatively small covered ceramic bakers on the market. I have two of these and use them frequently. These are versatile, beautifully made, and easy to clean. I also have a le creuset model that is comparable and do not like it as much.

Incredibly disappointed
I bought this in November 2023, and I have used it maybe 6 times since then. I love it. I picked it up yesterday (luckily, it was empty and cool), and the handle just fell off. I can only imagine the disaster had it been filled with hot-out-of-the-oven berry crisp. There is no obvious way to get my money back here or on Staub's site, and it literally makes me sick to my stomach to think of the money wasted here.
