About the Author
A.E. Mckay is an author, personal coach and speaker on the subject of weight loss, food addiction and living a happy life. For over 30 years, he suffered with weight issues that were impairing his quality of life. In 2008, he made the decision to have weight loss surgery and lost 130 pounds which he has kept off for more than six years. He spends the majority of his time working with other individuals who are going through their own weight loss journey by mentoring them in his personal and group sessions at his company, Abundant Life Architects.
