In this book, "Staying on the Path", Dr. Dyer sums up the most important insights into small sayings - each 1 to 2 sentences long. These insights remind us of such things as: we are more than our bodies, our lives reflect the choices we've made, our thoughts dictate what we find in ourselves & the world, and that love is what really matters.
I read this book from front to cover first, and now I plan to take 1 saying per day or week to reflect on - to make it apart of a new "life habit".
Overall, I found this book to be insightful & easy to read. As such, I would highly recommend it to anyone on a "spiritual journey", as well as those looking for thoughts/ideas that will help you to become the person you've always wanted to be - happy, fulfilled, and at peace with yourself and others...
